Example: RSC dha 111111 702
For Dhaka- dha, Madrasah- mad, Technical- tec

You will get return SMS with PIN number
Now write- RSC <space> yes <space> PIN number <space> Contact Mobile number
Send- 16222
Application Fee- 150 taka/paper
